Shipping and Tracking

Shipping Terms:

At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the continental North America and mostly international locations which USPS, FedEx or TNT Express can reach.

We charge fixed flat rate 9.99USD shipping for orders under 150USD and FREE Shipping for orders over 150USD, no matter where you are and no matter how many items you purchased.

All our parcels are shipped via USPS priority airmail service, 5-14 days worldwide shipping, receiver's signature required, P.O. Box and APO addresses are deliverable.

All Parcels will be marked as "Gift" or "Samples" to avoid custom duty, but customer will be responsible for the charges if there is any.

All Parcels will be hold at local post office for pick up if it can not be singed and delivered.

It may take us 3-4 days to prepare the shipment, and may take longer according to our inventory availability, we will send you emails if there is any delay.

We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.

The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Tracking:

All shipping information will be emailed to your registered email address in 24 hours after the parcel is on the way.
